Creating a Personal Web Site Using FrontPage 98
Goals
After reading this document, the user will be able to create a personal Web site using FrontPage 98. In order to meet this goal, the following topics will be addressed:
Scope
The scope of this document is intentionally narrow and only focuses on the principal features of FrontPage 98 to develop a Web site.
Limitations
This document assumes that the user already possesses an understanding of the Internet. This document will not contain an in-depth discussion of the topic.
Audience Analysis
This document assumes that the user possesses intermediate to experienced computer skills and is comfortable in a Windows environment. The user is also expected to have a copy of FrontPage 98, an Internet connection, and Web searching experience. The user is not expected to possess any previous knowledge of Web site development.

Research Requirements
I will need to learn FrontPage 98 and create a Web site early in the process of writing this document. I am planning to have a Web site completed by February 22, previewed in Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer by February 22, and installed on the Web by March 8.
